RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline.

The National Abortion Federation (NAF) Hotline is a free, confidential service offering information on abortion options, provider referrals, and limited financial help. It’s available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m., and weekends, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern Time, with online chat on weekdays from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Everyone can use this support, regardless of insurance.

Emergency responders are there to provide care, ensure safety, and connect you with the resources you need.

Offer free, confidential, and compassionate support, crisis intervention information, education, and referral services in over 200 languages.

The Mental Health Hotline serves the general public as a free resource offering confidential support to those who need it, anywhere, anytime. If you are calling the Hotline for yourself or someone else, counselors are available 24/7 to provide a listening ear, emotional support, and assistance with your inquiries.
